We have received a complaint from a local resident at Whitbreads that a considerable amount of food wrappers water bottles and general rubbish was left behind at Whitbreads on Saturday.
General:
The easiest way is for everyone to take their own rubbish home.
Whitbreads
Captains/Team Managers are responsible for delegating players to ensure that all rubbish is collected up and removed and we must ensure that opponents are clearly instructed to take their own rubbish with them.
We are aware that other people are coming onto the ground but unless we leave it tidy and as we find it we will not be allowed to play our remaining matches.
Loughton
All teams playing at home must ensure that all rubbish is put into the large containers by the gate. Blue bin for general rubbish, cream bin with orange lid for bottles
This includes making sure opposition teams are advised that all their rubbish is also disposed of. Any rubbish left in sacks (especially food) outside the pavilion is liable to be ripped open by foxes.
Away Games.
We must ensure that we do not leave rubbish at away games. We should follow the procedure advised to us by the home teams.
best wishes
