HALL HIRE 2023
Our Pavillion is now available to hire for events.

The booking will only be accepted following the payment of a £100 deposit (non refundable)
The cost of hire is as follows:
Daytime booking (rates negotiable for full days) £tba per hour
Use of pavilion plus cricket pitch or other approved outside activity
Evening party £tba
(the person hiring the hall must be a full or social member)
The cost of social membership is £tba

Evening parties must end by 11.30pm at the latest. No music is permitted after 11.30pm. The hall and all areas needs to be left as they were given and totally vacated by 12 midnight.
All applications for hire are at the absolute discretion of the Management Committee.
The hirer shall be liable for the costs of any damage to or breakages of club property.
18th Birthday Parties are only accepted at the discretion of the Committee and a £250 damage waiver deposit must be paid. This will be returned in full if there is no damage.
Unfortunately due to other use of the ground and hall we are unable to cater for children's birthday parties.
The hirer is not permitted to supply any of their own drinks
The hirer has use of the car park, any additional parking is on the available side roads.
The maximum number of attendees is 100
The hall may be decorated but no drawing pins or sticky tape to be used on the walls.
A key may be obtained to gain entrance to decorate the hall prior to the event on payment of a £25 deposit. This will be forfeited if the key is not returned.
