There will be an Extraordinary General Meeting of Loughton Cricket Club at The Uplands at 8pm on Monday 6th June 2022.
The purpose of the meeting is as follows;
1 To adopt the Annual Accounts for 2021. These were not available at the Annual General Meeting in March earlier this year.
The accounts have since been prepared by our Accountants and adopted by the Club Committee.
2 To update our constitution to confirm latest ECB requirements and adopt the principles of the ECB Anti-Discrimination Code
This should be a brief but important meeting and is a necessary requirement to renew our Clubmark status. Please attend if possible.
